IGA is partnered with a rapidly growing global wealth-technology provider to expand their specialist Client Servicing & Implementation team.
We’re looking for a technically strong, client-focused professional who is excited by the intersection of investment advice, data integration, and digital transformation — and who wants to play a hands-on role helping banks and wealth managers implement advanced financial-planning technology.

You’ll be joining a young, international team known for its innovation, flat structure, and collaborative culture. Continuous learning, problem-solving, and client impact sit at the heart of everything they do.
In this role, you will:
- Support UK banks and wealth managers with the technical implementation and integration of the firm’s financial-planning platform.
- Guide clients through API integration, data connections, configuration and custom reporting.
- Act as the day-to-day technical expert for client queries — providing clear, practical solutions.
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions to help clients get the most out of the platform.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to translate business requirements into smart features.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the product ecosystem and client experience.
- Learn and apply goal-based financial-planning concepts, including modelling and scenario analysis.
- Split your time between the office, home working and occasional client visits in the UK and abroad.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years’ experience at a bank, wealth manager, or advice-led financial institutions.
- Hands-on exposure to APIs, data integration, financial modelling, or similar technical work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with genuine interest in financial markets.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, curious team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Experience with advice technology, digital client portals, or financial-planning tools.
- Understanding of how financial advice is delivered (traditional and digital).
- Client-facing experience and comfort leading discussions or training sessions.
- A Level 4 RDR qualification.
