This isn't just a standard data role. You'll play a key part in delivering high quality reporting services to customers. You'll work closely with internal teams and external clients, providing insights, resolving queries and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop specialist knowledge, enhance processes and grow within a supportive, collaborative business. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the go to point for internal and external parties, understanding data needs and providing clear guidance to help meet industry requirements.
  • Manage, maintain and ensure the accuracy of data within internal systems, delivering reports and insights on time.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, provide actionable insights and support both clients and colleagues with technical expertise.
  • Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance obligations are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise with suppliers and third parties to gather additional information, ensuring data is complete and up to date.
  • Interpret industry requirements and translate technical information into practical, client focused guidance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, resources and the overall client experience.
 About You
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills with experience handling large data sets accurately.
  • Analytical and methodical, able to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Highly organised with strong time management, able to prioritise, multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of database querying and data visualisation tools is desirable.
  • Strong work ethic with a practical, can do attitude and a team oriented approach.
  • Proactive, open minded, confident to challenge assumptions and quick to adapt to new systems or regulations.
  • Valid full UK driving license
