Operations & Education Co-ordinator
Role: Operations & Education Coordinator - 12 month + Contract Location: Harrogate Salary: £21,600pa Hours: 30 hours a week across 4-5 days Hybrid: Monday & Friday in the office, 2-3 days hybrid available The Role: Our client is an ambitious and rapidly expanding education technology company on a mission to transform learning experiences. They are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative individual to join their dynamic team.As Operations and Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while building strong relationships with schools and teachers. This is a varied and hands-on position that blends operational support, customer engagement, and marketing assistance, including social media and communications. Key Responsibilities of the Operations and Engagement Coordinator:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, including document preparation and organisation.
- Communicate directly with schools and teachers to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
- Support marketing activities, including writing and scheduling engaging social media content.
- Upload and manage new content on the company website.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer records.
- Coordinate and schedule school training sessions and follow-up calls.
- Respond promptly to teacher enquiries via email or video calls, offering helpful and professional assistance.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.
- Contribute creative ideas for content, customer stories, and events to help grow and engage the community.
- Represent the company at selected education conferences, helping to manage the exhibition stand and connect with attendees.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication, both written and verbal coupled with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Comfortable using and quickly learning new digital tools and platforms (e.g. CRM systems, social media, email marketing).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a small, collaborative team.
- Experience in creating or managing content for social media channels.
- A genuine interest in education and technology.
- Ability to work from the Harrogate office at least 2 days per week.
