About the Role
As Product Manager, you will own the product direction and delivery outcomes for our Electronic Patient Record (EPR), Patient Administration System (PAS) and clinical module portfolio across public and independent healthcare providers. You will be accountable for converting customer and market needs into a clear, evidence-based roadmap, ensuring our products are safe, usable, interoperable, and commercially successful.
You will also lead and govern the AI roadmap for the product portfolio, identifying high-value AI opportunities, shaping a responsible AI strategy, and ensuring the safe delivery of AI-enabled features that improve clinical, operational, and patient outcomes
This role would suit an experienced Product professional ready to step into broader strategic ownership, or a Product Manager looking to deepen their impact in regulated healthcare.

Main responsibilities and deliverables
Product and Value Ownership
- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for MAXIMS EPR, PAS and clinical modules across public and independent sectors.
- Ensure products deliver measurable clinical, operational and commercial outcomes, using adoption, safety and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Act as a forward-thinking product leader, bringing evidence-led innovation into a regulated healthcare environment.
- Translate customer, clinical and market needs into clear, outcome‐based priorities and high‐quality requirements.
Discovery and Delivery
- Lead continuous product discovery to understand workflows, pain points and opportunities.
- Drive backlog prioritisation and delivery execution in partnership with Engineering, balancing value, quality, risk and feasibility.
- Ensure alignment with clinical safety, quality, regulatory and governance requirements throughout product development.
- Strengthen interoperability, data quality and platform foundations to support scalability and long-term growth.
AI
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, identifying high-value AI use cases aligned to healthcare outcomes.
- Ensure responsible AI delivery, with governance and appropriate human oversight built-in by design.
Team Leadership and Culture
- Mentor and develop Product talent and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Support recruitment and succession planning to strengthen the Product function.
What we’re looking for
- Ideally, a proven Product Manager with experience in a healthcare or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, digital health platforms, and product management strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Action-oriented, with the ability to quickly assess and integrate inputs across functions (Support, Product, ENG) and translate into a scalable solution and clear customer narrative.
- Demonstratable success in driving client adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with NHS, HSE or other healthcare providers.
- Product Management certifications are desirable.
- SaaS, enterprise software, or digital health platforms experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to scale Product operations in a high-growth environment.
