2nd Line Support Engineer – Contract
Onsite | Cheltenham
Up to £225 per day (Inside)
3-month contract
We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an IT team delivering BAU support across a multi-site environment.
You’ll handle a mix of tickets—hardware, software, user access, and desktop issues—escalating where needed but owning most problems through to resolution.
What you’ll be doing:
• Resolving 2nd line tickets across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Managing user access, permissions, and profile issues (Active Directory)
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, and Teams
• Supporting printer, network, and basic server-related faults
• Logging, updating, and closing tickets accurately in the ITSM system

What you’ll need:
• Proven 2nd line support experience in a busy IT environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, M365, AD, and basic networking
• Good communication skills and a hands-on, customer-focused approach
• Available to work on-site and hit the ground running
