Our client, a leading cloud consulting and managed services provider, is expanding its DevOps function and hiring a Cloud DevOps Support Engineer to optimise and evolve high-scale AWS and Azure environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives on problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement — working with some of the best cloud professionals in the sector.

What you’ll do

• Support, monitor, and optimise customer AWS and Azure environments
• Troubleshoot incidents and maintain high service availability
• Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for seamless deployments
• Collaborate with architects, SREs, and developers to improve performance and reliability
• Rotate into project delivery for cloud migrations and modernisation work

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience managing AWS and/or Azure environments in enterprise or MSP settings
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure
• AWS Associate certification (Professional or Azure certification a plus)
• Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous learning
