HR Advisor – SaaS Scale-up (Cheltenham)

Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days WFH

Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 + share options

The company

My client are a 120-person SaaS scale-up on a mission to make compliance automation painless for mid-market businesses. On the back of theirSeries B funding, we’re growing the team this year and need an energetic HR Advisor to keep their people experience world-class as they grow further!

The role

Reporting to the HR Manager and partnering closely with line managers across Engineering, Product and Go-to-Market teams, you will:

• Own the day-to-day HR inbox and be the first point of contact for all employee queries.
• Coach managers through ER cases, absence management and performance conversations.
• Co-ordinate onboarding for c.10 new starters each month; track probation reviews.
• Drive our quarterly engagement survey and action-plan follow-ups.
• Update policies and maintain accurate data in HiBob and Greenhouse.
• Support the HR Manager on projects (DE&I, reward benchmarking, L&D roll-outs).

What we’re looking for

• CIPD Level 3 (working toward Level 5) or equivalent experience.
• Solid grounding in UK employment law and best-practice ER handling.
• Confident with HRIS (ideally HiBob / BambooHR) and Excel/Sheets.
• A collaborator who loves scale-up pace and can juggle competing deadlines.
