Contract Job: HRIS Project Manager – Global Implementation

A global organisation is rolling out a new cloud-based HRIS platform and is looking for a contract Project Manager to lead the implementation.

This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll take the reins on an international deployment—ensuring the data migration, systems integration, and stakeholder alignment all land on time and to spec.

• IR35: Inside IR35
• Location: Remote (UK-based contractor)
• Start: August

The Role:

You’ll lead the global implementation of a new HRIS platform, overseeing:

• End-to-end project planning and execution
• Coordination across HR, IT, and business functions
• Data migration from on-premise legacy systems to a cloud environment
• Risk management and governance
• Vendor and third-party engagement
• Progress reporting and stakeholder comms across regions

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience delivering global HRIS rollouts
• Strong track record of managing data migrations from on-prem to cloud
• Familiarity with change management in global organisations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and drive delivery across time zones
