We’re working with a fast-growing MSP in the Cardiff area who are searching for a Head of Delivery to oversee service delivery across consultancy, engineering, onboarding, and on-site activities. This is a pivotal role, combining technical knowledge, people leadership, and commercial responsibility. You’ll be driving financial targets, leading teams across a broad technology stack, and ensuring world-class service delivery.

The Role

As Head of Delivery, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading consultants, project engineers, and onboarding teams to deliver IT solutions on time and to the highest standard.
• Managing delivery targets of £275k–£300k per month and pre-sales consultancy activity totalling £350k–£400k per month.
• Overseeing solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, and cyber security.
• Partnering with the pre-sales team to scope and shape solutions, ensuring seamless handover to delivery.
• Driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the delivery function.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven leadership experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment.
• A strong technical foundation and broad generalist knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies.
• A track record of hitting and exceeding financial delivery targets.
• Excellent people management skills, able to inspire and get the best out of technical teams.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to oversee pre-sales consultancy alongside delivery.
