Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is hiring an IT Technician to support and maintain day-to-day IT operations across the business. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring systems run smoothly while contributing to ongoing improvements in IT services.
What you’ll do:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests
- Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and IT projects
You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and responsive IT support across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an IT support or technician role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
