Project Manager

We are working with a growing a digital marketing agency in Cheltenham who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Newly created role and great for someone with a background in Account Management who is new on their journey within Project Management.

Working with some great customers and a world class internal development team this is great opportunity to deliver critical projects to industry leading giants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Foster strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.

This is intially an interim position moving to permanent
Salary circa £35,000
Hybrid working in central Cheltenham
