Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR)

-> £35,000–£38,000 DOE + commission + bonus

Our client, a leading public-sector procurement intelligence provider, is hiring a Senior SDR to drive pipeline quality, open doors with Tier-1 targets and elevate an existing SDR team through hands-on coaching.
What you’ll do
- Consistently booking meetings for their experienced Sales Team to pitch demos
- Run high-intent outreach via emails, linked in and phone
- Engage senior decision-makers across enterprise brands
- Coach and upskill junior SDRs (calls, objections, cadences, pipeline hygiene)
- Work the stack (HubSpot, Cognism, Lusha; Sales Navigator) and collaborate on partnerships, messaging and territory strategy
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years’ SDR/BDR experience in B2B (SaaS/FinTech/Data ideal)
- Confident phone cadence, resilient mindset and hunter mentality
- Coachable, team-oriented, comfortable mentoring others
- Public-sector exposure a strong plus (not essential)
- Happy to work from the Birmingham office at least two days a week
