What you’ll be doing day to day

• Advising senior business leaders on digital transformation and technology strategy
• Assessing IT environments and recommending tailored improvements and roadmaps
• Leading or supporting the delivery of technology change projects (e.g. cloud migrations, infrastructure overhauls, business applications)
• Working across teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, in scope, and with real business impact
• Monitoring project outcomes, ensuring solutions are technically robust, secure, and aligned with wider goals
• Building long-term client relationships and spotting opportunities for continued partnership

About you

• 3+ years in IT consulting, project delivery, or technical operations (at least 2nd/3rd line level)
• A confident communicator, equally comfortable with C-level conversations and hands-on technical detail
• Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms—ideally Microsoft 365, Azure and/or AWS
• Experience managing or contributing to technology transformation projects
• Passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and helping people use tech to its full potential
• Strong organisational skills and a full UK driving licence
