Fire & Security Engineer

Fire & Security Engineer London & South East, Salary: Up to £38,000-£50,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Vehicle Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00 (40 hours per week) Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, our client is looking to strengthen their Fire & Security team. They are interested in speaking with experienced Fire & Security Engineers across installation, service and maintenance, and may appoint more than one engineer for the right candidates.The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs on fire and security systems
• Installing, servicing and fault finding on fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems
• Commissioning new systems and completing remedial works where required
• Mobile role covering commercial customer sites across London and the South East
• Completing electronic service reports and maintaining accurate job records
• Delivering a high level of customer service while ensuring all work complies with current industry standards

The Person:

• We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in one or more of the following: Fire alarms, CCTV, Intruder alarms, Access Control

Whether your background is predominantly service, installation or a mix of both, we'd like to hear from you.

• Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems - Desirable
• Confident carrying out fault finding, servicing and installations
• Experience with leading manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom or similar would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• FIA qualifications, ECS/CSCS card or manufacturer training desirable but not essential
