IN2 AV Recruitment are representing an established international technology business specialising in digital engagement and AV solutions for the retail and commercial sectors. With a strong European presence and a global customer base, the company designs and delivers integrated hardware and software solutions used by some of the worlds most recognisable brands.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Pre Sales Manager to join their German operation in Frankfurt. This is a key technical role supporting sales activity while leading solution design and early stage project delivery.

The Role

You will act as the technical authority throughout the sales and early delivery process, designing AV solutions that combine digital signage, LED and video wall technology, audio systems and sensor based solutions. Working closely with sales, project management and international technical teams, you will help shape customer proposals and ensure solutions are technically robust and commercially viable.

You will also be involved in customer meetings, pilot installations and technical documentation, with the opportunity to remain hands on where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical pre and post sales support across retail, hospitality, automotive and QSR projects
  • Design and propose AV and digital engagement solutions tailored to client needs
  • Attend customer meetings alongside sales teams
  • Produce technical drawings, schematics and documentation using AutoCAD or similar tools
  • Support and oversee pilot and first time installations on site
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, software, content and operations
  • Work with international colleagues across Europe
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum three years experience within the AV industry or with an LED manufacturer or system integrator
  • Strong knowledge of digital signage, LED walls, video walls and audio systems
  • Confident using AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Solid understanding of AV hardware, basic networking and electrical principles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
