Location: Netherlands (Flexible Remote Working)

My client is a leading NetSuite consultancy firm, dedicated to providing comprehensive NetSuite solutions to businesses across various industries. With a focus on innovation, expertise, and customer satisfaction, we assist organisations in optimising their operations and maximizing the potential of the NetSuite platform.

They are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of NetSuite projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As a NetSuite Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive project success and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Facilitate regular communication and status updates with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and subject matter experts, to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews, assessments, and audits to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce project governance processes, including change management, issue resolution, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience 5 years as a Project Manager, preferably in NetSuite or ERP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• NetSuite certification(s) or relevant experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
