Customer Development Manager

Company Description

IINFORICH Europe Ltd., operator of the global CHARGESPOT power bank sharing platform, is looking for a commercially driven Customer Development Manager to lead growth across the London region.

This is a Mid-level sales role with responsibility for developing strategic partnerships, delivering regional performance, and driving sustainable growth in installations, usage, and revenue. You will work with larger customers, multi-site operators, and enterprise partners, combining strong commercial planning with high-quality execution in the field.

About the Role

As Customer Development Manager, you will own the commercial performance of your region. You will move beyond individual site acquisition into building structured, long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable growth for both Inforich and its customers.

You will work closely with senior decision-makers, negotiate commercial agreements, develop regional growth plans, and ensure that ChargeSpot is consistently executed to a high standard across all key accounts.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, confidence with data, and the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional targets across CHARGESPOT installations, active usage, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute growth plans aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with multi-site operators, enterprise accounts, and strategic venue groups.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Analyse regional performance data and turn insight into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of CHARGESPOT across your territory, working closely with operations and support teams.
  • Partner with marketing and HQ teams to deliver campaigns, activations, and new product launches.
  • Act as a ambassador for Inforich in the market, setting standards of professionalism and customer experience.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in pricing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.

Preferred

  • Experience managing multi-site, enterprise, or strategic accounts.
  • Background in hospitality, FMCG, or services.
  • Experience working in a fast-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Experience owning regional targets and delivering against commercial KPIs.

Working Conditions

  • Salary: base + commission
  • Full-time permanent
  • Hybrid structure (Mostly field based with meetings in London office)
