The role
- You’ll provide administration and coordination support for the returns process, following the diagnosis of faulty products.
- Coordinate technical service site visits.
- Deliver clear, professional communication of investigation outcomes to customers.
- Maintain precise complaint data.
- Process orders accurately and resolve customer queries.
What’s required
- An interest in learning and developing knowledge of technical engineering products, to allow you to interact with your suppliers and customers.
- A process-driven approach and strong administrative skills, to ensure customers receive a thorough and efficient service.
- A calm and empathetic, but confident approach, to deal with customers with care, whilst managing their expectations.
- Curiosity - you will enjoy investigative work to get to the bottom of a problem.
- Good IT literacy and experience using CRM or ERP systems.
