About The Role

As the Vice President of Sales for the UK & Ireland, you will shape the regional sales strategy and accelerate INFiLED’s growth in this high-potential market. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in the AV and LED display market, a strong record of commercial leadership, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales organization across the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead the regional sales strategy for the UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment with INFiLED’s global commercial objectives.
  • Analyse regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and define a strong market penetration plan.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing key accounts and building new business pipelines across distribution, integration, and end-user channels.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead the UK & Ireland sales organization, setting clear targets and accountability standards.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric execution.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development for team members.

Customer Relationships & Business Development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major distributors, integrators, rental partners, and strategic end-users across the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that strengthen INFiLED’s market position in the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key clients, securing high-value contracts and long-term partnerships.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee regional sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Implement and improve sales processes, CRM utilization, and performance tracking to increase efficiency and visibility.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales performance, regional opportunities, risks, and market dynamics.

Market Insights & Industry Leadership

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and regulatory changes affecting the UK & Ireland AV market.
  • Represent INFiLED at key regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences, strengthening brand awareness and generating new leads.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for customers and industry partners within the UK & Ireland LED and AV sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with experience leading remote or regionally dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with deep understanding of the AV / LED display market and the UK & Ireland commercial landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Able to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Resilient, proactive, and willing to go beyond expectations when required.

  • 10+ years of senior commercial or sales leadership experience within the AV, LED display, digital signage, or related technology industries.
  • Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong experience building and executing sales strategies specifically for the UK & Ireland market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Established network within the UK & Ireland AV industry, especially across LED, digital signage, and integration channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and enterprise sales systems.
