Are you passionate about empowering partners to accelerate digital transformation? In this role, you will become a trusted advisor within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem - supporting partners to maximise the value of cloud technologies, automation, and business insights.

Role:

As a Partner Development Manager, you will build a deep understanding of Ingram Micro’s full Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio, enabling you to deliver exceptional service and strategic business guidance. You will work closely with our Elite Service Partners and Managed Service Partner network, strengthening relationships, driving partner-to-partner collaboration, and expanding solution and service capabilities across the ecosystem.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of revenue, margin, and overall trading partner performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, to support smooth operational processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer payments through effective partnership with finance.
  • Act as a connector across the organisation, strengthening peer-to-peer engagement.
  • Build and expand networks across vendors and within the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Elevate partner capability by supporting growth, enablement, and the development of new opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel (essential)
  • Knowledge and passion for technology products and services (essential)
  • Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to drive business growth
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Ability to work in a structured, methodical way
  • Extensive industry experience with a strong network
  • Flexibility to respond to customer and vendor needs at short notice
  • Works with agility, integrity, passion, and drive
