Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm

Hybrid working: 3 days in the Northwich office and 2 days from home. Flexibility may be required for home-working days based on business needs.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Deal with incoming customer requests (internal and external) via email and phone
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion
  • Process contracts accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and helpful manner
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Log and track sales requests and orders on internal systems
  • Carry out general administration to support the smooth running of the Sales Operations department

To set you up for success, we are looking for:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • No prior sales experience required
