Oracle Product Specialist / Oracle ERP Functional Consultant

• 6 Months Contract
• £600 - £700 PD (Inside IR35)
• London / Hybrid

Overview Our client is seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant / Oracle Product Specialist to provide functional expertise and operational support across their Oracle platforms. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure Oracle solutions are effectively configured, supported, and continuously improved. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Oracle ERP Cloud knowledge who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology.Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle applications, including Oracle ERP Cloud and PBCS
• Support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle products
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Assist with backlog refinement, requirement clarification, and testing activities
• Configure Oracle modules and ensure alignment with business processes and best practices
• Support system enhancements, patches, and Oracle quarterly updates
• Participate in functional testing, UAT, and regression testing
• Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams or service providers to resolve them
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Provide user support and training to ensure effective system adoption

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience supporting Oracle applications
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud
• Understanding of core finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay or Accounts Payable
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials or SCM modules
• Oracle certifications or formal training
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or optimisation
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Experience working within regulated environments
