PMO Analyst
PMO Analyst – Hybrid / London - £55K + Benefits Overview: A leading global life sciences company is seeking a proactive Portfolio Analyst to support the planning, delivery, and performance monitoring of their Digital portfolio. The role provides visibility into portfolio performance, enables informed decision-making, and ensures successful delivery of programmes, projects, and products. You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, finance teams, and Digital leadership to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.Role & Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver portfolio, product, project, and programme-level performance monitoring, including board-level reporting and dashboards.
- Standardise and automate reporting processes across the Digital portfolio.
- Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders, managing associated data input.
- Assist the Senior Manager – Digital Delivery in defining, collecting, and reviewing key metrics.
- Track portfolio deliverables, financials, and milestones.
- Collect updates on strategic Digital activities to support senior management decision-making.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation across the portfolio.
- Coordinate portfolio governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, collating papers, and following up on actions.
- Support portfolio-level risk, issue, and change management.
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Delivery team, ensuring high-quality reporting.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture while adhering to compliance and budget policies.
- Experience as a portfolio analyst or similar, with strong knowledge of portfolio reporting.
- Familiarity with project and agile delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to senior management.
- Background in a Digital environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as AgilePM, Certified Scrum Master, or P3O.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Basic salary: Up to £55,000 per annum.
