Senior Full Stack Developer (Contract)Outside IR35 | Remote | Up to £650/day OverviewWe’re working with a specialist software consultancy delivering business-critical systems within financial services and pensions, and they’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who genuinely enjoys high-quality engineering. This is a hands-on, senior role - no people management, no ticket-factory delivery. You’ll work alongside an experienced team of senior engineers and QA professionals, with a strong focus on clean architecture, ownership, and doing things properly.What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining bespoke full-stack solutions end-to-end
• Backend development in Python and C#
• Frontend work with TypeScript and React
• Working in a modern Azure environment (Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, ADF)
• Contributing to technical design, code reviews, and architecture discussions
• Applying pragmatic AI-assisted / agentic engineering practices to improve productivity and code quality

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer
• Strong commercial experience across backend, frontend, and cloud
• Comfortable owning features and making sensible technical trade-offs
• High standards around code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Experience in regulated or detail-oriented environments is a plus (e.g. financial services)

• Initial 6-month contract
