Workday Finacials Consultant
Senior Workday Financials Consultant | Up to £1,000 per day | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Initial 3 months (extension likely) I’m working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front.This is not a passive delivery role, you’ll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily.What you’ll be doing
- Leading Workday Financials design workshops
- Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams
- Driving solution design & configuration decisions
- Challenging stakeholders and adding real consulting value
- Bringing best practice from multiple implementations
- Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical)
- 3+ full lifecycle implementations
- Proven ability to operate at senior / advisory level
- Confident running workshops and owning the room
- Someone who can challenge, not just deliver
- Prism Analytics / Accounting Center
- FS / Insurance experience
- Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
- Workday certifications (current or lapsed)
- Immediate start — this is urgent
- Full-time commitment required
- Fully remote (UK-based preferred)
- Strong likelihood of extension beyond initial 3 month
