IT Salesperson Apprentice

This apprenticeship role sits within our Specialised IT & Electronics Department, which handles all non-standard stock- anything outside the typical range of laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers. These products can include servers, networking gear, AV equipment, telecoms devices, and other high-value, niche electronics.

eCommerce Product Listing:

• Research and write engaging, accurate product listings tailored to each sales platform
• Identify key selling points and unique features of each ite
• Take high-quality product photos and upload them with the listing
• Optimise titles, descriptions, and item specifics to improve visibility and conversion

Sales Channel Management:

• List and manage stock on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and Back Market
• Monitor and update stock levels, pricing, and availability
• Flag and relist unsold or slow-moving stock where required

Product Testing & Preparation:

• Test functionality and condition of equipment prior to listing
• Clean and prepare items for sale to meet Inteliqo’s quality standards
• Record relevant technical specifications

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch:

• Pick, pack, and ship items sold from the department
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch in line with platform requirements

Stock Management:

• Update inventory systems to reflect accurate stock quantities.
• Assist in keeping the workspace and stock area organised and efficient
