About the Role

As a Configuration Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, configuring, and optimizing our systems to meet business needs and ensure compliance. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and consultants to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure and maintain systems across test and production environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Document business rules, use cases, and configuration steps
• Support testing, training, and deployment of enhancements
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in system configuration and business analysis
• Strong understanding of software methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• System configuration certification or equivalent
• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field
