Our Lewes based client, an international designer & manufacturer of information systems, is looking for their next ICT apprentice. Having successfully developed their former ICT apprentice, this opportunity presents a true and vibrant career pathway into the technology sector.
Role
Our client has enjoyed a significant increase in sales over the past 3 years which has directly impacted their IT function. As a result they are looking for an enthusiastic IT apprentice to join at an exciting time of growth and technological change.
This is a great opportunity for an IT apprentice, who demonstrates great communication skills, attention to detail and who is proactive to join our growing team.
They are looking for an individual who is experienced in multitasking, data management, and who possess strong communication skills to ensure collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
The company's sales are now circa £100m / year and their IT team are integral to the continued success and growth of our business.
The successful candidate will be committed to process enhancement, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Tasks & Duties
• To be the 1st point of contact for user requests and incidents
• Set up of new PCs, Printers and other devices
• Software Support for Office 365, Windows and other systems
• Hardware support for IT devices such as: PCs, Laptops, Printers, Switches etc
• Working with other IT Team members to assist with their tasks and learn
• To carry out any other duties as deemed necessary by your Department Manager
Training
- Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required
- Blended digital training
- Full-time employment is expected once the apprenticeship is complete
- Further training opportunities with Higher Level Apprenticeships are also available
