This role combines high-level technical support, infrastructure improvement projects, and BAU operations across cloud, networking, security, and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities Provide 3rd / 4th line support and technical escalation management Support and maintain cloud, server, networking, and security infrastructure Work on infrastructure improvement and modernisation projects Manage backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security tooling Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and connectivity issues Work with vendors and third parties to resolve incidents and deliver projects Produce and maintain technical documentation Required Experience Strong experience across: Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 Active Directory & Windows Server VMware infrastructure Networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls & SDWAN Veeam, Zerto & backup solutions Intune, Exchange Online & infrastructure security Experience with Aruba networking technologies would be beneficial. xkybehq
