A leading AI SaaS company is scaling rapidly and looking for a Solution Engineer to join their commercial team. The business helps global enterprises unlock value from data through cutting-edge AI applications in areas such as pricing, inventory, and customer intelligence.

As Solution Engineer, you'll act as the bridge between technical capability and commercial opportunity. You'll partner with sales and product teams to engage with enterprise customers, uncover business challenges, and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading discovery workshops, demos and technical discussions with senior stakeholders

• Scoping AI solutions and producing proposals that align with customer objectives

• Designing and presenting business cases with tangible ROI and value calculations

• Supporting enterprise architecture conversations with technical leaders (CIOs, CDOs etc.)

• Staying on top of the latest AI advancements to position the business as a thought leader

• Strong background in B2B SaaS or data/AI solutions, ideally in a pre-sales or solution engineering role

• Experience engaging enterprise customers and facilitating technical/commercial workshops

• Strong technical grounding in data analytics, AI or advanced technology platforms

• Confident communicator able to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders

• Collaborative, curious, and commercially minded with the drive to make an impact

• Salary up to £85,000 + bonus

• Hybrid working in Manchester (3 days in office, 2 remote)
