What they're looking for:

  • 2-5+ years' experience in IT support, service desk, or application support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, analytical approach
  • Experience supporting applications or business-critical systems
  • Exposure to integration, interfaces, or Middleware (commercial or support-based)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, proxies)
  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Experience using ITSM tools (eg Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Confluence)
  • Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Any exposure to healthcare or NHS environments and integration engines such as InterSystems, Rhapsody, or Mirth is highly desirable

Why apply?

  • Clear progression into application, integration, and Middleware support
  • Structured training and mentoring
  • Exposure to complex, real-world healthcare systems
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Flexible remote-first working

If you're an IT or application support professional who's started moving into Middleware or integration support and wants to continue that journey in a structured, supportive environment, this is a strong next step.
