We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Facilities Management (FM) processes to support a six-month improvement initiative.
The role will involve documenting current processes, identifying operational challenges, gathering detailed business requirements, and designing future-state processes and solutions.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on site in Manchester
Key Responsibilities:
Map and document current (“as-is”) processes and design future-state (“to-be”) solutions.
Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirements gathering.
Identify business challenges and recommend effective process improvements.
Produce clear, detailed requirements, process maps and solution documentation.
Essential Experience:
Proven Business Analyst experience with excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Strong analytical, requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
Knowledge of Facilities Management, particularly helpdesk operations and frontline service delivery.
Experience across the asset and work management lifecycle, including work orders, asset maintenance, service requests and operational support, is highly desirable. xehkeey
