Urgent requirements:

iO Associates are representing two clients working on separate programmes within Defence Digital.

Each client is looking for a Technology Change Manager to come onboard.

Role 1: Change Manager
£500 per day (Inside IR35)

Initial 6-month contract with likely extension

3 days per week on site

£475 - £500 per day Inside IR35

Starting ASAP

Delivery-focused role supporting live teams and day-to-day change activity.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain change artefacts, including CMID and DLOD documentation
• Support stakeholder coordination across clients and suppliers
• Provide PM support to maintain delivery momentum
• Act as a liaison between live delivery teams
• Support benefits tracking and review

Role 2: Senior Change Manager

£525 per day (Inside IR35)

Initial 3-month contract with likely extension

2 days per week on site

£525 per day Inside IR35

Starting 1 st June

Responsible for programme-level change control and governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and manage programme change processes
• Own end-to-end management of formal change requests
• Maintain change logs and produce governance reporting
• Support planning cycles and prioritisation
• Ensure alignment with defence and government change frameworks
