Salary: £43,000-£49,000
Location: Remote - occasional travel to client sites - South of England
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required
We're looking for a Consultant with around 3-4 years' experience to join a growing consultancy, supporting client assignments across Government, Defence and other highly regulated environments.
This is a broad, client-facing role offering the opportunity to work across project delivery, analysis, stakeholder engagement, business change, assurance and requirements development, while also contributing to bids and the wider growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of client projects and consultancy assignments.
- Managing defined work packages and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Working with clients, senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Conducting research, analysis and requirements development.
- Producing reports, presentations, briefings and recommendations.
- Supporting project governance, risk, issues and reporting.
- Contributing to bids, proposals and business development activity.
- Supporting the development and ongoing management of the company's Integrated Management System.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years' professional consultancy experience.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of project and programme management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership and working with limited supervision.
- Adaptable and able to work across different subject areas.
- Commercially aware with a strong client-focused approach.
Desirable
- Government or Defence consultancy experience.
- Project delivery, business change or transformation experience.
- Bid/proposal experience.
- Exposure to ISO, quality, information assurance or cyber environments.
