Project & Workload Management

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0'> Plan and manage data projects within an agile delivery framework, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0'> Lead sprint planning sessions and coordinate workloads across the team.
• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0'> Identify risks and dependencies early, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0'> Maintain alignment between project outputs and wider organisational objectives, including the CRMP, Service Plan, and digital and data roadmap.
