Oversee the delivery of high-quality analysis, dashboards, and insight products that empower strategic decisions.

Apply robust statistical, quantitative, and qualitative techniques to ensure analytical integrity.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, meaningful outputs with strong narrative and value.
Project & Workload Management

Plan and manage data projects within an agile delivery framework, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.

Lead sprint planning sessions and coordinate workloads across the team.

Identify risks and dependencies early, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Maintain alignment between project outputs and wider organisational objectives, including the CRMP, Service Plan, and digital and data roadmap.

Degree in a relevant field (Essential).

Commitment to continuous professional development (Essential).

Proven experience in a data analysis or data management role (Essential).

Strong experience with Power BI (Essential).

Proficiency with analytical tools and languages such as SQL , Python , or R (Desirable).

Knowledge of data warehousing technologies, particularly Azure (Desirable).

Familiarity with the fire sector, emergency services , or broader public sector environments (Desirable).
