IT Business Manager is required for a company that focuses on advancing aviation and space technology through innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable solutions. The organisation operates worldwide, providing high-tech solutions for civil and military applications.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with site leadership and operational stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for digital and IT requirements. You will work closely with business teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective digital solutions. You will coordinate with IT and digital teams to ensure smooth service delivery, support the rollout and adoption of new digital initiatives, and help ensure that digital systems effectively support manufacturing and operational processes across the site.

Required Skills:

• Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Understanding of how IT and digital systems support shop floor or operational environments
• Customer-facing IT experience and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
