IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

iO Associates is working with an IT company in Bristol that is looking for a First/Second Line Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, resolve IT issues, and contribute to the delivery of IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including Servers, networks, and related systems.
• Deliver and assist with IT projects, helping clients implement new technologies and strengthen their IT environments.
• Apply and monitor security measures to protect client networks from threats.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting IT issues.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and learning.

Desirable skills (not essential):

• MCP or CCNA certifications.
• VMware or Hyper-V certification.
• Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
