As the IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless IT experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day IT support to users across the firm

• Setting up and maintaining conference rooms

• Managing audio/visual equipment to ensure meetings and events run smoothly

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients
