IT Trainer (Contract)

Location: Bristol/Bath Office (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

Contract Length: Initial 6 months

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a major migration project, supporting stakeholders as they transition to a new platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new technology across the business.

• Deliver engaging training sessions to stakeholders on the new platform.

• Develop training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different user groups.

• Work closely with the migration project team to understand system changes and training needs.

• Provide ongoing support to staff during and after the migration.

• Gather feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer within large-scale projects.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences.

• Experience supporting system migrations or platform rollouts is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping people embrace new technology and enjoys working in a collaborative project environment. There is also potential for the role to extend.
