Title: Junior Full Stack Developer (AI focused)
I'm currently working with an innovative technology business that is looking to hire a Junior Full Stack Developer to join their growing engineering team.
This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge products used by major financial services brands, helping them build stronger customer relationships through modern technology and intelligent digital experiences.
You'll join a highly collaborative team of talented developers, reporting directly to the Technical Director and playing a key role in the design, development, and evolution of customer-facing platforms.

What you'll be doingDeveloping scalable, reusable, and maintainable software components.
Building and enhancing customer-facing web applications and portals.
Working across both Front End and Back End development.
Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Exploring emerging technologies, particularly within the AI space.
Contributing to the architecture and future direction of the platform.

What they're looking for
Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Excellent JavaScript, React, and Node.js skills.
Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
Exposure to AWS and serverless architectures.
An interest in AI and how it can be applied within software development and customer-facing products.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Location
Fully Remote (UK)
Occasional visits to Guildford may be beneficial but are not a regular requirement.
