As a Process Lead - Six Sigma, you will partner with HR, People Operations, Finance, and IT teams to analyse and enhance people-related processes, maximise the effectiveness of Workday. You will lead process improvements, while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Experience across Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies (Mandatory).
• Certification in Six Sigma (Mandatory)
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong background in HR or Shared Services process optimisation.
