Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading organisation within the technology and services sector that is investing heavily in enterprise Salesforce transformation. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect to take ownership of solution design and delivery across major Field Service initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and architecting Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Leading end-to-end Field Service implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation.
• Supporting pre-sales activities with solution design and technical expertise.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to maximise the value of the Salesforce platform.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant role.
• Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service models.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures.

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to AI-enabled or agentic Field Service use cases.
• Background working in complex or enterprise environments.
