Key Responsibilities- Coach and support Scrum teams in Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery impediments.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and manage backlogs.
- Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering and key stakeholders.
- Enable self-managing, high-performing teams focused on delivering value.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and Agile processes.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical/software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and team performance.
- Collaborative, proactive and passionate about Agile ways of working.
- Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits.
