Job Title: 3rd/4th Line Engineer

Location: Bath, UK (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

About the Role

We're hiring a 3rd/4th Line Engineer to join a growing Service Delivery team, supporting both BAU operations and infrastructure transformation projects.

You'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting modern cloud and on-prem infrastructure while driving security, resilience, and continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects and provide 3rd line support
• Support and optimise cloud, server, storage, and network infrastructure
• Deliver security, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring improvements
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects
• Produce high-quality technical documentation

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy
• VMware, HPE Servers & Storage
• Networking (Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi & SD-WAN)
• Veeam, Zerto & Disaster Recovery
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online & Entra ID
• Intune & Autopilot
• Infrastructure security, monitoring, and 3rd line support

Nice to Have

• Aruba Networking & Aruba Central
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), RDS or FSLogix
• Dynamics 365 & Power Platform infrastructure
• Cyber Essentials or security remediation experience
• Microsoft or infrastructure certifications
