iO Associates are partnering with a fast-growing global ServiceNow consultancy looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a key enterprise client. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, solution design, and customer advisory, while playing a key role in the company's UK growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technical contact for a major enterprise customer.
• Deliver and oversee high-quality ServiceNow solutions across customer engagements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Support solution workshops, customer presentations and pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and global technical teams.
• Drive customer success while identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow capabilities.
• Champion AI-driven innovation across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and leading technical discussions.
• Exposure to solution design, consulting or pre-sales activities.
• Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI within ServiceNow.
• Customer-facing or consulting experience is highly desirable.
