Content Creator & Designer

Do you want the opportunity to join an exciting team of people who are obsessed with providing exceptional customer contact?

We're looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Designer to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the day-to-day production of creative assets across the business.

Role overview

This is a busy, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas into high-quality visuals and content — from social graphics and brochures to video edits, PDF guides, website visuals and event collateral.

You'll be the go-to person for quick-turnaround creative work, helping us elevate the brand, improve consistency and bring our campaigns to life. There is also an opportunity to help evolve and maintain our brand as we scale.

What does the role involve?

Content & Creative Production

  • Design a wide range of assets including social graphics, email headers, brochures, one-pagers, slide decks, event materials, and website imagery.
  • Create and edit short-form videos for social, campaigns, and internal use.
  • Produce high-quality PDF content (eBooks, guides, case studies).
  • Optimise assets for different platforms and formats.

Brand & Consistency

  • Ensure all creative output aligns with our visual identity and tone.
  • Support the development and maintenance of updated brand guidelines.
  • Act as a guardian of brand consistency across channels.

Project Delivery

  • Manage multiple design and content requests simultaneously, balancing quick turnarounds with high-quality output.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver assets on time.
  • Keep an organised workflow and maintain file structures, templates, and libraries.

You will have the following skills and attributes:

Technical Skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or Rush).
  • Strong ability in Canva or similar tools for rapid content creation.
  • Confident editing short-form video content.
  • Experience producing digital content for email, social, and web.
  • Comfortable creating layouts for longer-form content (eBooks, brochures, PDFs).

Experience & Approach

  • 2+ years in a content creation or design role (agency or in-house).
  • A portfolio showcasing a broad range of design and content work.
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to self-manage.
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Enjoys collaborating but also able to work autonomously.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills.

Why this role?

  • Opportunity to genuinely own the visual expression of the brand.
  • Chance to expand your skills across design, video, branding, and content.
  • Fast-moving environment where your work has immediate impact.
  • Supportive team structure with space to develop creatively.
