We’re working with a fast-growing Managed Services and Customer Experience technology provider looking to hire an Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of established clients. This is a high-impact role focused on account development, upselling and cross-selling across a broad portfolio of cloud, networking and customer engagement solutions.

The Opportunity

You’ll inherit a base of long-standing, high-value customers, giving you a strong platform to generate revenue through strategic account growth rather than cold acquisition.

You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, aligning technology solutions to client objectives while driving commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and developing key client relationships across enterprise and/or public sector accounts
  • Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services and cloud solutions
  • Translating business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions (CCaaS, networking, cloud, managed services)
  • Leading account strategy and customer lifecycle management
  • Working closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with vendors and partners to shape compelling customer propositions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior Account Director / Account Manager role within an MSP or technology services environment
  • Strong track record of high-value account growth and revenue delivery
  • Experience selling or managing CCaaS / customer experience platforms
  • Background working with large enterprise and/or public sector clients
  • Commercially astute with the ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
