Business Development Manager – Enterprise Networks, Cloud & Managed Services

Location: 1x monthly in Gloucester

Package: £50k/60k + double OTE

We're partnering with a growing technology and Managed Services Provider to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager focused on driving enterprise growth across network, cloud, security, and managed service solutions.

This role is central to expanding market presence and revenue within enterprise accounts. Operating within a commercially driven sales organisation, the Business Development Manager will work closely with sales leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, develop pipeline, and close complex, high-value deals.

The position exists to accelerate new business acquisition, expand existing enterprise relationships, and position a broad technology portfolio in competitive markets.

The Opportunity

  • Drive new business growth across enterprise customers within the UK market.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Procurement.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities across greenfield and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, aligning customer challenges with tailored technology solutions.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and managed services teams to ensure high-quality solution design and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, contribute to pipeline forecasting, and report against revenue and activity targets.

Desirable Experience

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within technology, IT services, telecoms, or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud, infrastructure, security, and managed services propositions.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience navigating enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • A consultative, commercially focused sales approach.
  • Confident using CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
