We're looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join a forward-thinking data team within a tech-driven organisation. You'll play a key role in delivering insight, automation, and innovation through the Microsoft Power Platform, working across internal and client-facing projects.

The Role

You'll take ownership of BI solutions end-to-end — from engaging with stakeholders and understanding requirements, to developing advanced Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports.

What you'll do:

  • Design and deliver intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Build complete BI solutions using Dataflows, DAX, Power Query and SQL
  • Manage Power BI Service – permissions, refreshes, gateways, and optimisation
  • Automate workflows with Power Automate and integrate data via APIs
  • Communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Power BI development experience (Desktop, Dataflows, Datasets, Apps)
  • Strong SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M) skills
  • Knowledge of the wider Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
  • Great stakeholder communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ideally experience within an MSP or consultancy environment
